Build up your defences to survive the cold weather

By giving your immune system a boost you'll help avoid winter's bugs. Feeling happy also helps to boost your immunity and cope better if you do catch one of the viruses that flourish during the cold months. A great way to keep cheerful when bugs are around: surround yourself with wonderful, uplifting aromas and enjoy a relaxing, therapeutic massage.

For best results:
Ideally, do a home massage whenever possible using Essential Defence in the winter. It doesn't need to take a long time. Massage the face, sinus area, forehead, temples, behind the ears and both sides of the neck, then thorax and lower back, hands and feet until the warm massage oil is fully absorbed. You should massage all along both sides of the spine, feet and hands. Finish the massage by massaging the chest area, rubbing the warm oil gently until it absorbs. A weekly massage is recommended as a preventive measure during the cold months. If you do catch a cold or flu, apply the warm massage oil every day, on to the chest area for a few minutes until the oil is absorbed, then apply on the sinuses and behind the neck and ears.
