Core process craniosacral is taught as thirty hour CPD modules. Those currently available in the UK are:
Module 1 - Listening
This is the principal module and the prerequisite for further study. The module is taught as if it is all you’ll ever need. The skills learned can be integrated into existing therapy practice or used alone. The module can be repeated because it is constantly adapting and developing in the light of experience and in response to participants. It’s also presented as a way to rest and resource as much as to learn.
Module 2 - The Rivers of Life
In this module we will learn to apply the subtle listening skills learned in Module 1, bringing a gentle touch to bones, membranes, sinuses and the rivers of life. The module teaches a stand-alone protocol known as venous sinus drainage as well as techniques to integrate into other modes of therapeutic practice.

Wilson Clinical Safety Courses are fantastic CPD opportunities for Sports Massage Therapists and Advanced Massage Therapists as well as advanced bodywork practitioners, such as Neuroskeletal Re-alignment Therapy. The classes are dedicated to promoting patient safety and upgrading the therapist’s clinical skills. Many of them focus on the neurological examination of the lower limbs, upper limbs and cranial nerves and the differential diagnosis of potentially dangerous problems. Led by David Wilson, an Osteopath since 1990 and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and the Association of British Neurologists, is keen on detailed history-taking.
