Carole Preen is a Fellow of the Association of Natural Medicine and the former Aromatherapy & Allied Practitioners' Association and has been a practitioner since 1994 and an educator since 1997. She is also an honorary lifetime member of the International Federation of Aromatherapists awarded for her contribution to the profession.  She has been a regular contributor to journals such as Positive Health and Today's Therapist and wrote the section on regulation of aromatherapy in Shirley Price's book "Aromatherapy for Health Professionals" 4th Edition. Carole has worked with the Aromatherapy Consortium and Council as its Co-ordinator and Registrar and was responsible for many policy and education documents, including contributing to the Core Curriculum and National Occupational Standards. She also worked with the Aromatherapy Trade Council and the MHRA to write a policy document for Aromatherapists on how to market their products correctly and was instrumental in the standardisation and regulation of the aromatherapy profession. Carole collaborated with colleagues to write the City & Guilds Diploma in Complementary Therapies. As well as specialising in Aromatherapy and Anatomy, Carole also introduced Neuroskeletal Re-alignment Therapy to the UK. Carole is an specialist educator, and internal and external moderator working in both the private and FE sector and has level 4 qualifications in quality assurance.

Julie Quinn is a member of the International Federation of Reflexologists and the Honorary Treasurer for the Reflexology Forum. In this role she has been involved with the development and updating of the core curriculum for the reflexology profession. Julie has been practising reflexology since 1999 and her name has become identified with fertility reflexology due to the positive results she has achieved in this field. She continues with her pioneering work with children as one of the few complementary therapists who has the opportunity of working in a primary school environment, developing strategies to help children cope with issues such as bereavement and other emotional problems. She continues to develop programs of care for children with Autism, Asperger Syndrome and ADHD.  Julie has been teaching professional diplomas in reflexology since 2004 in both FE and private colleges and works as an internal moderator and independent examiner. She 
originally trained with the renowned Renee and Barry Tanner and she has had articles published in the IFR's 'Stepping Out' magazine as well as being involved in research into how reflexology works.  She now works with a number of high profile clients and has many years of successful case studies. After managing the health department at Morley College for over 10 years, Julie now runs a private practice in Carshalton and teaches reflexology and NSRT diplomas via her own private school.
